Please contact us before booking your quinceañera, wedding or photography session to ensure the date you are requesting is available.

Outdoor’s photography and video sessions will be canceled and postponed, if weather conditions worsen during any photography sessions or events as quiceañeras and weddings. Weather conditions as rain, strong winds and lighting during any quinceañera, wedding, video and photography session.

Reservation fee for weddings and quinceañeras or any of our photography and video session is not refundable. No fee is refundable after photographing or recording any wedding, quinceañera, photography sessions that we offer.

PERA PHOTO & FILM is not responsible for incidents or accidents of the client (s) inside (church, salon, limousine, own house / rental, own car / rental) or outside (outdoors) at the time and during any event, photography and video that we offer.

All photography, videos and audio files recorded during weddings, quinceñeras and any of the photography session that we offer will be published on social media for advertising use. Incase of clients not agreeing to published any content on social media and keeping the content to themselves and private, a fee of $3000 will be charge for weddings and quinceañeras. Any photography and video sessions that we offer a fee of $1000 will be charge.

Final edited delivery of photos and videos could take up to three months.

The date of your event, photography and video sessions may change if requested by client and new date is available. Photography and video for quinceañeras and weddings ( including: pre event pictures, engagement pictures, first look pictures,) must be rescheduled six months before the original reservation date. Photography and video session (Including: senior pictures, maternity pictures, family pictures, outdoors pictures, couples pictures, kids pictures,) must be rescheduled a week before the original reservation date.

Notice: Preparation time is very important to create the best photography and video session for you.

Please note that PERA PHOTO & FILM staff will need to stick to your schedule as much as possible.

Photography and video sessions will be cancel if client(s) is/are late for more than 15 minutes on the date and time your session was originally reserved for.

Extra fees will be charge for additional editing on any of our photography and videos sessions. Including our photography and video for weddings and quinceañeras.

Pera Photo and film will not modified or alter the subject’s body or face during editing.

Do not edit, add filters, or modified our final digital edited images and video.

Travel fees will apply outside Farmington, Aztec & Bloomfield, New Mexico.
